Localization issues ...

Happy that Garmin is actively updating the Fenix 5x software with new features and bug fixes, but localization is starting to lag.
Specifically the following changes are not showing up in Dutch on my watch, but revert to English text:

v5.10 - Added support for viewing distances to Golf hazards and course targets.
v4.10 - Added support for pre-defined Alarm labels. (Menu > Clock > Alarm Clock > Select an alarm > Label)
v4.10 - Added support for adding widgets through the context menu. (Scroll to a widget > Menu Key)

I have notified Garmin in the beta stages through email, latest response was

The department that handles languages on the watch informed me that all the Dutch (Nederlands) words on the watch were correct as of Beta version 4.12.
If there alternative Dutch words that you would like to see on the watch than what is used, please provide a complete and detailed list and I will submit it to the team that handles language support.

Am I the only one seeing this?

I updated to 5.10 using the Webupdater software, and noticed a bunch of optional non-English language packages there. Not sure if this would work for you?

Nope.

Garmin Express.
Garmin Webupdater.

Not getting the new features in Dutch.
I get the same results when I set my watch to Spanish, French. In each case I get English text on those 3 'new' features.

I would think there would be more seeing this, but it seems there are only "English" watches giving the feedback.
Can see now why this is low priority for Garmin.

Installed beta 5.33, then got a bunch of language files through Garmin Express, localization issues ... gone!

Why i plug in my 5X to Webupdater/ Garmin Express and said Version 4.2 is the latest, but you guys already have 5.3?

I believe you mus have an APAC version rather than a ROW one. The APAC versions run slightly behind on firmware versions.

@chunkywizard yes my 5X is APAC version, do you think I can download the beta version in my 5X too? just worrying will becomes a dead unit to do so

I am not sure the beta is compatible with APAC models although I think there is a thread where someone has loaded the beata onto one and it worked. I wouldn't risk it if I was you.
