Downloading

Please could someone assist??
im having real issues downloading from the garmin store. I've read up and as I understand it if I download a watch face once I've Synced it should show up on my watch. It doesn't?? I've tried numerous times and different watch faces. Software up to date etc.
Can someone give me a step by step guide or a link on how to sort this.

In most cases, when you do a download a new WF from the store, it will happen when with a sync, and then show as your active watchface. With GCM, you should see it under Connect Iq Apps for your device, and then watchfaces. You may have to select it on the watch (long press up, then watchfaces).

If you connect using Garmin express, you should see it queued there if it's not installed yet, and see it if you go to "manage apps"
