HR on standard watch face

Is there a possibility to add current heart rate to the standard fenix 5 watch face. I know how to customize the data field but I can't pick any live HR field. Am I missing something or a work around?

This is not possible with any of the standard watch faces, you'll have to find an IQ watchface that supports HR, there are quite a few...
