just received my Fenix 5 sapphire edition today. Got it all set up and now for whatever reason the back button is not responding. Anyone have any ideas? Initial thoughts are I like it however it's pretty ridiculous the back button already doesn't work 3 hours after set up. HELP!!!
Perhaps do a factory reset (hold the Light button for 25 seconds) to clear any software fault. But if the problem persists, it sounds like a hardware fault and you should return the watch for exchange.
Thank you. I tried and unfortunately it did not work. What's interesting is that when I first set it up the button worked. Do you think anything would change if I hooked it up to my computer? Thanks again
