Swimming records not updated with HRM-Tri

Hello everyone,
I am having issues with open water swimming records not being updated with new values when I use the HRM-Tri strap while swimming.

Without the strap new distance records get updated. Anyone having similar issues with their Fenix 5 Sapphire?

Did another swim today, no HRM-Tri strap but the setting on the watch for the sensor was not turned off, after the 1.4k swim and finishing the activity the watch was searching for HR data and after failing it just saved the activity with no records being updated again.
