App Sync

hi all

i allready tried in the App Forum but no clue there...

i connected the Fenix 5s via Bluetooth but in the App the watch is not connected, i geht messages and it even seems to update the weather... but no Sync possible ...

anyone got a clue?

Hi AlienXing.

Have you tried removing the watch connection from the app and doing the "pair" process again? That did the trick to me when I had a similar problem.

basically, yes - I did. But I did again and the situation is the following: when I redo the connection, everything is fine. I had to first remove the bluetooth connection from the phone then "pair" it (enter code, setup basics) and everything worked. But when I loose the connection and want to reconnect the watch shows that everything ist connected but the app say "not found"....still getting messages and weather updates...so app seems broken...
