Back/Lap button

I'd like to suggest a new feature, or at least request a mod to the way the back/lap button works.

So here's the scenario, I'm out running or whatever (logging exercise).

I've gone into the settings to tweak something, so need to repeatedly press the back button to get back to the exercise screens.
I then press one too many times and bingo, have just logged a manual lap - which is annoying when you're on autolap or simply didn't want to log a lap.

Maybe there's a way to stop a lap being logged when repeatedly pressing back?

I have had the same issue, in the activity settings you can disable the "Lap Key" function if you aren't using it and the back button will no longer log a manual lap. I personally just use the auto lap function.

Heh, I understand your point but a bit far fetched imo... Just a matter of paying attention when pressing back to get out of the menus right? I'd say the chances of this getting implemented are pretty close to zero ;)
