Switch to Garmin segments

Hi

How do you switch back to Garmin segments?
According to the online help

"Switch back to Garmin segments using the gear menu in the Segments feature on your dashboard."

I cannot seem to locate this Segment feature however

You have to go to the connect website and then on your dashboard add the "segments" card, then that card will have a little settings gear where you can change the segments source.
