Golf scoring with corrupt FIT-file

Just completed a round of golf and used the extended scoring capability of the golf app. It ended up with a corrupt data file, see attached screen shot from Garmin Express. I'll also try to post the corrupt FIT-file.

I have a F5 (for less than a month) and after playing a round of golf (and turning off golf scoring) I had a corrupt FIT file that prevented the watch from uploading data - steps, etc.

Unfortunately your file doesn't contain a single data record. Not much that can be done to assist sorry.

Thanks kiwi, if there's nothing to evaluate, there's not much to do. I'll just try record another score and see what happens.

It has happened again, got a corrupt score card from a round of golf.

Common on both occasions are that I paused the activity after 9 holes for a snack and then resumed the activity some ten minutes later. The round of golf also end up as two activities, this is never the case then I pause a running activity. My f5 is on 6.71.0.0, the last time this happened it was on 4.10 I believe, so this issue has never been fixed by Garmin. Need to add that golf activities without pause has been flawless for me.

So, until Garmin addresses this issue in a firmware update, I will never use the pause/resume functionality when golfing.ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1257542.jpg
