Fenix 5 wrist sensor will not stay off?

Sorry...should read "will not stay on". I cannot find a way to edit the title. I disable it in settings. I then go back in and make sure it is disabled which it is. However, 30 minutes later it is back on. What is going on with this watch?

It looks like Garmin Connect settings are over-riding the setting on the watch. Try using the device settings page on the web or the phone app.
