I just got the Fenix 5X last week and I set up a 'Car' activity with a routing activity of 'Automobile' for turn-by-turn directions. It works ok for the most part but on my last two trips I've observed a glitch where the map displays a left- or right-hand turn, but the prompt says to keep left on the current road. Has anyone else experienced this? I have yet to log this issue with Garmin but here's the rest of my config:
