Error creating Round Trip Courses on 5x

I wasnt able to create a round-route. Error msg is Route calculation error. Missing routable roads in this area. I tried in Miami and in Buenos Aires, same error in both places. Sw version is 4.10. Map version is 5.3 (Americas)

Any help?

I get this same error when I am following a course and construction forces me to detour onto paths that must not be routable. If you're getting this when you are creating the courses, is it possible your start position is not connected to routable roads? If you create a round trip course while standing on a major road nearby, does it work?
