on a typical work day the watch says I burned around 2200kcal, but I know I have to eat 3000kcal to keep my current weight steady. So is there a way to tell the watch to add the differrence to the counter? I don't care about Garmin Connect, I know I could do that with myfitnesspal, but I don't want to sync or look it up on the net, and I don't want to calculate in my head every time. Just want the watch to show what I acutally need to eat to keep my weight steady.
