[Feature Request] Easier handling of notifications

Hi,

I have 2 feature requests for notifications received on my Fenix5:

1. It would be very helpful if the Notification Widget would provide the possibility to dismiss all notifications at one. Or is there already a way to do it?
2. When receiving a notification that is then visible on the screen it would be nice to be able to dismiss this notification via a gesture like shaking or turning the wrist.

Maybe Garmin could consider this as it would help to improve working with notifications.

Hi guys,

I have never received any feedback if the requests for easier handling of notifications even reached the people at Garmin. Feedback if there is even a chance of getting heard would be nice.

My experience concerning feedback/communication: Garmin does not communicate (there are only very very few exceptions). This here is just entertainment for ourselves.

I have seen some posts where somebody from Garmin stated that they create a ticket for a CR. With my post I am trying to push the thread back to the top, maybe someone will notice... :) But I know that communication and feedback is not something Garmin really cares of...unfortunately!

This is mainly a user-to-user forum; Garmin employees keep an eye on threads they've started and sometimes read other threads, but it's not guaranteed. iewill's link is the right place for feature suggestions. I think they're both great ideas, just not in a place where they're likely to get a response. Last I heard, Suunto didn't even have an official forum; the users post on watchuseek and I'm not aware that anybody from Suunto has ever officially posted on there.

I have sent my suggestions to Garmin via the link eiwill posted (thanks again), but the answer (via mail) was a little bit disappointing as it states, that it is unlikely I will ever get feedback whether my suggestions will be considered or not. Garmin needs to work on their communication to their community, that's for sure...
