Watch face not updating to installed watch face

I have 4.10 installed

I have an installed watch face (No Frills). When I select it on the watch, it states uploading watch, then installs the factory default watch face.

But, when I go into Garmin Connect and select the installed watch face (No Frills) and change the settings. Once I select "done" the watch face updates on the watch but displays the default display without the changes of the settings. At this point the watch face is the "default" installed and will not accept changes to the watch face setting.

I need to add, this occurs once I changed the phone from the laptop where Garmin express is installed.

Realize this is an older post, but I'm having the same issue with ALL watch faces I download off of GC. I've just noticed it within the past couple of weeks...thought it was just an update on my watch face, but now thinking it's tied to the watch itself. Also on FW 4.10

I'm seeing additional problems that started the last time I charged with Garmin Express. Something is going on, the developers are not testing their builds or something.

On the f5x, there have been a number of fixes in the betas for CIQ watchface issues. If you are having problems, I'd install the latest beta firmware. It's not that the developers aren't testing, it's that there are fixes to the firmware.
