Sorry, I thought you were in the activity list. OK, from watch face, push the Start-button to enter the activity list. Highlight the one you want to remove and then follow my instructions above.
Maybe i don't explain well... if i press start button from watchface i enter app list, than i scroll menu util "add", than appear a list of activity that you can add, and here i have the picture i have posted, i can't remove from the list the app created wrongly...

This is annoying... if you create a custom activity and for some reason you want to delete it, you can't... the only solution it's work it's a factory reset...
You can also remove apps from the Sports directory in the watch without having to perform a master reset. The custom activities should have a file name of "Generic<name of activity>.fit".
Just do it, but when I unplug the device and than I plug again, the fit file I have deleted, is again here! It seems that there is something that create it again...

I removed that post since the custom apps still reappeared on my watch, too even after a restart. But I was able to access the menu for each custom activity and select 'Remove App' by holding the Up button on the app in the Activity List. version 4.12.

Ok, but you can't remove custom app from "add" menu...
