Turn by Turn Warnings

When i first got my 5x when navigating a course of when navigating to a saved location on and off road, the watch used to warn me prior to a turn by displaying a black screen with an arrow and Turn left on church street etc, however following courses in the last few weeks , i haven't seen this screen , is the a setting to display this or is it a bug of the latest firmware, i have tried changing all the settings i am aware of but to no avail

any help appreciated.

They aren't working right now since the latest firmware. So it's not you, it's them. They know and are working on it.
Don't cha love how we get new firmware updates that fix one thing and mess up five others?
Seems like that's how it goes anyways.

Are you talking about biking or some other activity? I've never gotten the black screen with arrow and street name while running.

Anyone remember exactly in what version it was working? 4.02 beta?
I'll thinking of reverting back to that version?
Anyone already done it?
