I need help trying to make a custom workout. The ones in Garmin Connect seem to only apply to run, bike, or swim. I am going through Physical Therapy and would like to program in my daily stretches/exercises. Ideally, the watch would prompt me something like this:
Leg Raises - 3 x 15 reps
Plank - 30 seconds
Quad Pulls - 2 x 10 reps
etc
Basically I want to be able to type in what the workout is instead of pick a dropdown with very few options.
Any recommendations?
