Issue with course upload to the device

With the version 2.90 I could upload a course with Basecamp.
Current, I can`t (v4.10)
When I choose a track or course in Basecamp and upload it to my Fenix 5X with the menu command or by drag & drop it appears in /Garmin/NewFiles as Temp.gpx but not in /Garmin/Courses.
And when I eject the Fenix the file is gone.

Sending a course from "Garmin Connect" or "Garmin Connect Mobile" also doesn't work. The syncing starts, but the course appears not on the device.

Just created a course with basecamp and sent it without problems to my 5x (fw 4.10) and I am able to use the course on the 5x.

No large routes

I think the problem are long routes. When I remove the long route, "Rheinsteig" with more than 300km, then can I upload new routes from Basecamp again.
I hope the 4.12 Release will fix it.

If you are transferiing from Basecamp use 'send to device' and it will transfer.
With current version it will let you see map preview on watch.
But it will not give you TBT on track waypoints (if you have made any in your software of choice).
I always convert my tcx courses to fit files with the McBadger tool (respect) and drop them into newfiles with file explorer.
That gives me my created waypoint TBTs.

which tool you are using ,I'm creating courses with RWGPS and also using mcbagger tool but not TBT instructions :(

I use www.gpsies.com. Often too I will edit in SportTracks 3 (desktop) with courses plugin.
