Number of storage slots (fenix 5s)

I have tried to find some information on the forum, but without any success.
Thus a strange/funny things happens with the available slots for the applications on my watch.
If I look through Garmin Connect App on my mobile phone it says I have 13 free slots and I can install new apps.

However if I look at the free slots in Garmin Express app on my PC it says I am using 18 out of 16 available slots (how is this possible???) and I am not allowed to install the new apps.

Someone can maybe explain me this thing…

There are 32 slots on the f5,f5x,f5s and 935, but they are the first devices that have more than 16. It seems that 16 may have been hard coded in GE. Have you updated to the latest version of Garmin Express?

Yes, I am using the latest GE ... it was the first thing I've checked when I have seen 18 out of 16 on my screen ... probably they have not updated the GE to have 32 slots for the new devices ... what's annoying is that you cannot install more apps, so I am forced to use GCM ...
