The leather band is shorter in length. I have large wrists and I'm a little disappointed that there are not the same. I'm having to use the third last hole. Maybe they expect the leather to stretch?....

Mine was on the third to last also. Now after 4 weeks I am on the fourth to last so it has stretched somewhat..
Got mine yesterday. Bit stiff to start with, but getting better already in less than 24 hours of use. Definitely a keeper. I still plan to switch to the nylon one for training. We'll see how long I manage to keep that switching between bands up.
