However im struggling to find any UK Stock or Stock in general of the Brown Leather 26mm Garmin Quickconnect strap?

Can't help you directly with your question but I suspect that the root cause of the issue there is a supply problem. I ordered my 26" Leather straps 2 months ago and the shop had every colour in stock apart from the Leather ones. Anyway I am pleased to report that mine are now in the post.

I have a question on the leather one as well. I have seen one version that looks like it is leather all the way to the quick connect end and another version that looks like there are little gray caps on the quick connect end. Can anyone verify what they actually look like? Thanks.
I've been looking for these Garmin leather straps in the UK too, I just don't think they are released yet frustratingly.
They are released :) Mine just came today. It was tough to get one but one reseller had them in Poland. Very nice build quality. Interestingly these quickfit straps comes with two torx screwdrivers...

Does your leather one have the two gray metal tabs where the strap attaches to the watch?
