Beta 3.44 not working.

Upload the new 3.44 best, but the watch didn't go through the update process after disconnecting it from the computer. Tried again with the same result. Loads maps and the shows the watch face. Also, is it possible my directory got messed up in the watch itself? From previous updates, I don't remember so many files in the Garmin directory. Image of directory attached.

Is the screenshot showing the files before or after the update?
If it's before( cause you said it didn't start after disconnecting) - did you follow the update instructions?
I miss the gupdate.gcd in the folder....

I am having the same issue. I follow the steps to the T and still it did not have any notification of update.

Am using 2.90 now

Copy the following files to the Garmin directory on watch:
GUPDATE.GCD - From System_v344 in beta zip

Actually this is not 100% correct. The gupdate.gcd file musst bei placed in the Garmin folder on the watch. Not 'directly' on the watch.

Installation Instructions

Download and unzip fenix_***Beta.zip

Place the gupdate.gcd file found in the System_v*** folder in the \GARMIN directory

Place the gupXXXX.gcd file found in the Sensor Hub_v*** folder in the \GARMIN\REMOTESW directory

Place the gupXXXX.gcd file found in the Display_v*** folder in the \GARMIN\REMOTESW directory

Place the gupXXXX.gcd file found in the GPS_v*** folder in the \GARMIN\REMOTESW directory.

Place all files found in the Text_v*** folder in the \Garmin\TEXT directory

Disconnect from your computer and proceed through the update.

I already did that and when i wait for it to reload, there were no indication of updates and all

Is it possible i am in a different region?
