Interval on demand

Hi!
I'm a new F5 user very happy with the device so far!

Now I'm trying to find a answer to a question regarding intervals on F5.

I have managed to find how to create and start simple intervals with warm up and cool down on the watch through Start->"Running"->Hold UP->select "Training" ->"Intervals"
Great!

Also I've found how to create more advanced programs through Connect and sync them to watch and then start them the same way.
Also very good!

However: I'm missing a way to start simple intervals during a run.
Because sometimes I start with a run but after a 2-3k feel for doing some intervals.
It would be great to be able to start a predefined program like 5x1min or 5x400m without interrupting/stopping the registration.

This is not the worlds biggest problem, but do someone here now if it's possible?
If not: Is there a way make a feature request?

btw: From Garmin support i received a link to the User Guide describing how to create interval on watch described above

One way to do this would be to define a Workout with the trigger for the end of the warm-up being a lap button press, rather than a specific time or distance. If you are feeling good at 2-3km, press the button. If you are just feeling average, continue on without pressing the button.

Yeah, did try that, but it still limits me to always start a run as a interval... and to decide at start what intervals to do...
Well, no big deal anyway, just a thing I'm missing from my V800 (while there are a numerous better things way better on the F5) ;)

I'm experiencing the same issue. It's a pity. That said, I love my F5 as well.
