After syncing my Language is reset to "English" and all alarms are deleted

Hi,

With Firmware Version 2.9 I already hat the issue that my Fenix 5 System language went from german to english after each sync with my mobile phone. Also all alarms that previously were active turned to disabled. Now with V3.30 it even got worse. Besides resetting the system language after each sync now all alarms are deleted.

How do I get help from support/Garmin ?

I had the same problem with a vivoactive 3. I called Garmin and they told me they have this kind of issue with all their watches. You should call them and they will send you a text file you will put on your watch by connecting it to your computer (putting the text file directly in the Garmin repertory). Maybe you will find the text file on internet. I could send you the text file (I have a Fenix 5 also) but I don’t know how to do it without giving you my email address (what I don’t want to do in a public forum).

Same problem i’m having. Garmin! Please fix!

Same problem with my 5x. I now changed the alarms and language in the Garmin Connect Mobile app and for now it seems ok.
