Fenix 5x not receiving group track

I have the fenix 5x, mrs has the fenix 5s, son has the fenix 3.
Now the 5s can see both the 5x and the 3 in group track on the maps.
But The 5x can not see either of them.
Settings are all the same.
What am I missing?

Grouptrack works, but you must have run or bike activity on both compatible devices.
