Silver F5 with 537 and absolutely no problems either BT or ANT+

Is the autosplit issue with GC created intervals distance > autosplit distance finally being resolved?
With autosplit set to 1km for example, the F5 still splits e.g. 1.2km intervals into 1km and 0.2km. My FR610 gets it right.

I keep sending feedback it has not been resolved, but it takes them so long to respond that by that time a new beta has been released and the response is I should try if it has been resolved in the new version. Come on, Garmin...

This isn't a bug, its as expected. Just create a profile with autolap off if you don't want it.

Much better pace

Hello,

First run after update and realize that response to pace is much faster and acurrate. It use to take a few seconds to change and normally all over the place. Today it was very stable and responsive.

The calculation of ascent/descent is still not correct. The absolut altitude is pretty ok. The altitude profil is also ok.

The Fenix 5 shows: ascent 716 m and descent 638 m (how is this difference possible?)
If I upload the track to basecamp it shows: ascent 748 m and descent 735 m (which is pretty ok).

2nd run with the 3.44 beta and the BT connection was the worst it's been. Livetrack never worked for the whole run even though it did seem to be connected for at least some of it. The disconnected/connected alert came up frequently, audio cues didn't work at all and had to repeatedly toggle everything, BT, livetrack etc to get it to connect back up and sync my activity.

This isn't a bug, its as expected. Just create a profile with autolap off if you don't want it.

Wrong information. Garmin recognises this as a bug.

Think of it this way: Otherwise intervals shorter than autolap would be affected too. Or other watches would do the same (quod non).

Just to confirm two issues:

BT range is worst than in stable 4.30.
Footpod data are not passed to Custom activities created from scratch. (You can do new activity based treadmill but this makes your new (let's say) soccer activity showed as a treadmill, which is obviously stupid.
