Notifications are driving me crazy, but not all of them:)

I like notifications on my watch as much as the next guy, but this is getting ridiculous...
On top of calls, sms, emails, I am getting all the social media notifications that come to my phone.
I know I can turn them off altogether, or choose to be notified only for calls, but I was wondering if there is a way to choose exactly what makes it to my watch and what not. For example, I would like to get phone calls, SMS, emails but not facebook, instagram etc.

Any ideas?

It is easily fixed:

- On Android:

Go to the Settings of the Garmin Connect app then Smart Notifications, there you can select which apps can push notifications to your watch.

- On iPhone and iOS in general

Go to the Settings app of the device itself, then Notifications and then disable the Notification Centre section of every app you don't want pushing notifications to your watch, you don't have to disable the notifications of the apps, just the part where they are collected in the Notification Centre.
