Navigation and Routing questions

What's the difference under Settings > Routing > Courses > Follow Course / Use Map?

I couldn't find additional info in the manual or online on: Follow Course and Use Map.

Speaking under correction , if you have a preloaded course or a tracback it will follow this instead of routing you on the roads etc as per your map
