Key lock functionality

Hi!

Would it be possible to change the functionality of the key lock?
During an activity it would be nice to be able to scroll through the data screens even when the keys are locked. It should only be locked to enter the menu, back, lap, start, stop, etc.
This would be helpful if you switch a lot between the data screens, but don't always want to unlock and lock the keys. And if the data screen is switched unintended, it would not have such bad impacts like accidentally pressing the stop button.

This is already a nice feature on smartwatches of other brands.

In the app settings you can set the data screens to auto scroll, and still have the keys locked

Auto scroll is not usefull, because it switches the screens by itself. But if I navigating with the map, i want to decide when i see the map....

Voting for this feature as well. Would be really helpful. I like to lock my watch during orienteering activities, but it would be nice to change the page.

I agree. This is a nice feature to have on my *other* running watch that would make the Fenix 5x much more useful.

This is a user forum and, although occasionally Garmin will respond to threads there should be no expectations. So: A. Do not expect Garmin (officially) has seen this; B. Do not expect this feature request has been formally entered into any Garmin database, nor; C. Do not expect Garmin will respond directly to the thread. There is an "ideas" email as well as a web site https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/ideas/ to submit requests. I'm not saying the request isn't valid, just that posting it in a thread and then asking for a response 1.5 yrs later is not going to get you anywhere.
