Fenix 5 - USB Mode option

What does USB Mode - "Garmin" do?
The user manual merely says that its either "Mass Storage" or "Garmin".

In "Garmin" mode if you hook to something like a cell charger, whatever is running will continue to run, so you can do a "charge on the go" during an activity. Otherwise you'll get a charging screen.
