Custom Workouts not showing on F5S

I have created a custom run workout in GC and sent it to my phone, both by USB transfer and bluetooth. However, there is NO training option available anywhere on my F5S. Any suggestions?

Open the run app, long press the up arrow (middle left button) scroll down once to training, should be in workouts.
