I was really happy with v 3.30 that GearMin worked as it should, but this lasted only one day.
Now its gone and the default Watchface 5x came shipped with is displayed.
Overnight GearMin worked fine, but now it wants to autosync an activity and hangs since 30mins the Watchface is working but Garmin Connect status bar is only by half and on 5x if you press light button longer is shown "transfer in progress"
Don't know what to do and if its 3.30 fault or Watchface or 5x problem?
Since the release of 3.30, the MyWatch watch face has had similar problems. The developer is aware but I don't believe he has a 5X to test with. Too bad because MyWatch is the best!

I agree, I love that watch face. I recently contacted him and offered to help solve the problems with my 5x if he wanted to. I don't think there is a lot he can do without having the watch physically though.

This leads me to believe that it might be something in the firmware rather than watch faces, since it's happening with a few different faces from different developers.
Looks like a new version was just released to help address the 5X issues.
He released a new version yesterday for the purpose of trying to track down what's causing the crashes because he's having issues actually working out why it's crashing.
So it's not a fixed version but rather a version designed to fail to help diagnose the problems.
What he really could do with are reports of how to reliably replicate the crashes.

Correct, that what I said. I guess I should have been clearer. A new version was released to "help" the issues faced by 5X wearers.
Incidentally, this version made it about 3 hours before crashing for me.
