Installing new maps onto Fenix 5X?

Hi I bought a new Fenix 5X and I am based in Hong Kong now. I see that the watch is preceded with USA maps but not Asia.

I downloaded a working .gmap TOPO map for Hong Kong and it loads properly in base camp.

Question is, how do I install it onto my watch? I have done some research and am unable to find any good instructions. Please help!

Just copy the IMG file to the Garmin-Folder once you connect the fenix to the computer.

Would you recommend a specific map for hiking Hong Kong and could you point to the link?
