Navigation impossible - No turn by turn and black screen

This is kind of crazy, I wrote to Garmin support and the answer was that I did a full clock reset. So I did, losing my data, but also has not been solved.

I ask here in the forum, if more people happens to this, and if it has a solution.

Activity> run> menu> navigation> path> select path created in Garmin Connect and Start.

The following occurs to me. I see these screens, I imagine that one is the meters that are missing to reach the turning.

And then appears half black screen. I imagine it will be where the turn indicator would go.

Can you help me ?, happens to you alike?
