Why we cant test LT with pulse HR?

Because the algorithm used is from Firstbeat and it requires HRV data which isn't possible using an optical HRM

I think exist some issue with threshold, because I run less 5 minutes per km and threshold I 5:40

It doesn't means you cant run faster, It means you produce Acid. Not sure if its your case, but, It can be. I never did the test on a Garmin yet.
