I have my 5 since early March and all is good. Last night, it went from 78% down to 68% this morning and now it is at 64%. Any one has the similar issues?

I was just looking into the suggestions on conserving battery life.
1. A watch face that does not update every second (ie no second hand or seconds counter)
2. Reduce backlight timeout.
3. Use Ultratrac during activities
4. Turn off bluetooth when not in use
5. Turn off activity tracking and all day heart rate (that I won't do)
6. Limit smartphone notifications
I charged my 5S to 100% last night (took it off the charger around 9pm). It's now 12 hours later and it's at 89% and I didn't even get to work out this morning.
Mine is back to normal after two charges and reboots. Have been running it for almost 4 full days and logged in 6 activies; battery is still at 81% (5).
