the F5X is my first garmin watch being till now a Suunto user.
one things that is annoying me is that during session of trail running I can see the vertical speed and Avg.Ascent on the watch but then when I download the file on garming connect I cannot see this parameters !
Is there a way that I can decide which parameters I can see in garmin connect? I think I am missing some point since it would be unlogical that I cannot go through my data of vertical speed and Avg.Ascent.
These data nor are visible on the watch in the summary of the activity.
