Fenix 5 no recovery time after an exercise

Dear,
I need of your help, i've got my Fenix 5 since eleven days each time after an exercise i've got the register process (ok) and logically i must have the "Recovery time" be displayed: for me nothing ????

In order to obtain Recovery HR after an exercise, you must press the Stop Button (top right) and then wait for two minutes without pressing anything (obviously you must stay inactive during that time). After two minutes the watch will display to you recovery HR info anf then you can proceed with saving and/or discarding exercise info.

I'm sad after a week of activity I still have not the recovery time which is displayed on the Fenix 5.
