Lactate Threshold Pace madness

Today I ran a 10K at near race effort to set a baseline for the season. I've had a fenix 5x for 3 weeks now, so I was hoping it was beginning to "tune in" on my form.
Now, my previous detected LT was 167 BMP/ 4:58 Pace as detected by the watch, which corresponded pretty well to the results i've gotten myself from a 30 minute LT tests.

Today's run was a 10K lap + about 10 minutes warmup and 10 minutes cooldown. I ran the 10K lap in 48:39 with 10K peak pace being 4:51 min/km, and lap average HR being 169.
After the run, the watch informed me that my new LT HR is 167 BPM, and LT pace is 5:19 min/km. I do not understand where the 5:19 value comes from, even the peak 1 hour pace, including slow warmup and cooldown is 5:02.
According to training peaks, my new detected LT pace is 04:48 which sounds about correct.

Anyone have any idea why the LT estimation is so completely out of whack?
