Wrist pain while running

Running with the 5x has been rather uncomfortable as the watch seems to slide down when my wrist gets sweaty. I tighten the strap very tight, but in some ways I think that only makes things worse and doesn't stop the watch from moving once I get sweaty. I'm curious whether anyone else has had this issue or any tips for reducing the issue?

I really like the look of the large watch, but perhaps my wrists are just too small for it?
  • Another thought, though it may not be your thing: Indoors or outdoors I wear a high quality wrist band just above the watch. Since most of the sweat is not from the area under the watch, you might find this helps you also.

Thanks for the answer. I've always wear my FR920  watch face on inside of my wrist during runs. I have ordered Fenix 6S and wonder of OHR is accurate wearing on inside of my wrist. The accuracy issue maybe with size of my 122 mm wrist. I believe DCRainmaker's page said the lug-to-lug is narrower so I am hoping it will improve accuracy. Readers with less than 5" wrist, please share your experience with OHR accuracy. I am hoping to get away from wearing chest strap.
