How to delete user locations???

Instead of using a long press on the light key to bring up the main menu then using "Save Location" I somehow (I can't quite remember now) added what I believe are referred to as "User Locations." These locations appear as pins on the map and when creating them ask for verification of Lat/Lon coordinates...Now, though, I want to delete these user locations without completely turning off user locations from the map visibility.

Does anyone know how to get rid of these pins?

Navigate -> Saved Location -> [pick one] -> delete

Or the last point in the saved location list: delete all

Thanks for the replies, but the "User Locations" I was referring to are not the same as the "Saved Locations" that can be edited and deleted via the processes you've both described. I was trying to differentiate between the two in my initial post. The saved locations can be edited and deleted in a very straightforward manner. The user locations are only briefly mentioned in the manual (pages 21 & 23) and are seemingly one and the same as the user locations. Furthermore, the manual has no reference to "coordinates," although the index would lead one to believe a discussion of coordinates occurs on page 14.

See my attached screenshots for an example of the blue pin on the map that cannot be individually edited (for name or symbol), cannot be deleted (because it's not listed nor can it be deleted via "delete all"), and appears on all maps regardless of whether "User Locations" show or hide is selected in the map settings menu.

The other screenshot is of the type of screen I remember when the pin was created. Unfortunately at the time I had just finished running up a hill and was still suffering from some oxygen debt.

Could you perhaps created a course through Navigate and added these locations for the course? If so then you need to delete the course that you created to remove the pins. Just a guess as I have not tried.

Good idea, but I wasn't navigating and wasn't on a course nor did I create a course.

I too have a blue pin stuck on my maps and I cannot delete it. I do not have any saved locations.

Ideas?

Like you.blue pins on the Map.i can ´t delete.no location saved.

If only one blue pin it could be the last MOB location (if you have used that function). I haven't figured out how to delete that location (not that it matters much to delete it anyway).

Have you looked to see if they are visible and can be deleted using basecamp?

Same issue. My blue pin came from playing with the map, moving the cross hairs, then long pressing the go/select/ok button (top right button). It's a dropped pin, or impromptu "navigate here" and definitely does not show up as a saved location or in BaseCamp. I would love to get rid of it, but can't seem to figure out how.
