There are several methods to install them on the site.
The information about tacks and paths is not as clear as on the Edge (obviously) but still usefull. The cliff on the right side is clearly indicated by the contour lines.
Wish we could merge map data. I've to Canadian North and South topo data, but would like to view Garmin bike trail data as well. If you want to see topo data, you have to turn the cycling maps off. Though with the bike map on, there's still elevation data.

Hi, I installed the map following the guide, in the fenix excluding other maps and leaving only that one openmtbmap i see nothing, why? Thanks
I do not know the ActiveJR site, but if he is charging for free OSM maps, I would suggest trying a free alternative like velomap.org or any of the other options suggested here. You get the same road network main difference is that some site apparently add a few points of interest or offer a nicer color scheme.
