Recovery Advisor

Can anybody let me know how i can access the Recovery Advisor.
I have checked the settings and Recovery is On.
I have only had my Fenix 5x for just under a week and the performance widget states that a weeks worth of Data is required is this the same for the Recovery Advisor as when i complete a Exercise nothing shows up regarding Recovery and i can't seem to find the Recovery stats on the Watch.

If it is like Fenix3...

Long press on "up" button to access menus

Short press on "up" button to go to bottom of menu and you'll see "My Stats"

Short press on "start" button and the first option (if it is available yet, based on how few workouts you have right now) will be "Recovery Advisor"

Think i must be going crazy cant find a My Stats on watch at all.
Can only think it updates after a set amount of Sessions ???
Anybody else know where i can find Recovery Advisor ?

Check pages 7 to 9 in the manual (download it from the forum link).

I'm not quite sure how it works either. I've had mine a week and it still wants me to do another run before it will tell me my Training Status.

No nothing there just says run outdoors twice to see your status then Vo2 Max thenTraining Load No Sign of Recovery Advisor.

As in previous post on Fenix 3 Hr you could view Recovery Advisor in My Stats ??

Yes definitely switched on in settings but still no sign of it Strange must be something i'm doing.
Performance Notifications > Perf. Condition ON > New Vo2 Max ON > Training Effect ON > Recovery Time ON

When i click start on performance Widget i get message saying run outdoors twice to see your status. press down i get vo2 max press down again i get Training Load of 890 optimal but no sign of recovery Advisor ??
