fēnix 5 Series Slate Grey

Hi all,

Is it me or is the slate grey F5 and F5x more of a shiny almost silver colour rather than the Matt and darker grey of the F3HR? I am trying to work out which to go from internet pics as they aren't in shops here in UK to look at. I have the F3HR which is almost black and fancied a more silver looking watch but want the sapphire....

Hi!

I just received F5X Slate Grey which is more "shiny" and silver-looking in its color than my previous F3 Grey. However the difference is quite moderate and doesn't bother me as much as I thought from the beginning. After one week of use I must say they look basically the same.

I am using my F3 Sapphire metal band on my 5X and the colour match is perfect.

I was thinking of saving the $150 by buying the 5X with the regular strap and using my F3 metal bracelet. Do you happen to have a photo of that combo? I really like the metal bracelet on my F3 but always thought it didn't look quite right on the F3 due to the matte bezel and shiny bracelet. Thanks.
