Bit of V02 Max Nastiness!

Didn't know that being 79 or older was an insult... :confused:

I had already seen my watch tell me that my V02 Max was poor. But today I look and see that there's this nasty little statement:

"Your fitness age is 79 or older. That's the bottom 5% for your age and gender."

Is that new? Or have these watches always added insult to injury like that? Notice it can't just say "79." It let's me know it could be "older."

Is this in GCM? Mine just says 'you are in the top X% for your age grade', there's nothing about fitness age.

How old are you?

I am 59 and mine says my fitness age is 71 and the bottom 20% for my age and gender.

I have only had my F5 for a week and my VO2max numbers has been getting higher with just about every activity, so maybe it takes more time before it starts getting accurate.

I am 52.
This is the first notice I've gotten. So hopefully over time it will keep telling me I'm getting younger and younger?

Sweet never noticed this, fitness age of 25 :D
