Samsung Galaxy S4 <->Fenix 5

Yes, I know it is an old Android Phone...

Some Fenix 5 apps and widgets do not communicate with my Samsung Galaxy S4. (similarly with the Fenix 3 previously)

Has anyone also had this issue and found a solution?
