It seems that Garmin Express do not recognize the new 2.90 firmware released days ago. Says that I am still 2.30 and there is no way I could update even to 2.40.
APAC watches run different versions of the firmware and generally lag the ROW releases. I am sure they will roll out an update sometime but it may be a while.
