When I connect the 5x via USB to my macbook pro (2016, running latest software), it is not "seen" by computer. Does not show up on "Device" list of finder. Also, when I open basecamp, it doesn't show as a device. Also does't show up on Garmin Express or Training center.
I have reboot watch and computer.
Any suggestions
