Hi maybe someone could help, I bought a fenix 5 X and tried to install the Garmin Birdseyes on the device using basecamp. After transferring the birdeyes to the fenix 5 X I disconnect the watch from my Apple Mac. The fenix 5 X started but still showed the blue triangle after 10 minutes waiting it still rebooted. Tried the hard reset and the USB connect like the fenix 3. Still didn't work. After several calls Garmin tells me to send the watch back. So the could send a new one. Has someone already Birdseye or topo maps Installed on a Garmin fenix 5 X?
